Wow! Just wow!!!!

Our Lawlors Island Clean Up went AMAZING! We had over 40 volunteers attend and work hard for 4 hours.

There are way too many people to thank, but please know this wouldn't have happened without each and every one of you! We are overwhelmed by the support and the love you all showed our beautiful #NovaScotia shores.

HRM Waste was amazing and got back to us quickly with the weight of garbage removed today... and you might not believe this... but...

💥 OVER 4800LBS WAS REMOVED FROM LAWLORS ISLAND 💥

We found over 20 tires (there are many, many more!), about 15 lobster traps, lots of plastics, recycling and household garbage. About a third of the debris removed was fishing related gear, another good chunk was the tires.
